Kerry & John | Lake Cuyamaca | San Diego Adventure Photographer

I met this awesome couple in a whirlwind of events. John’s mom booked me for their wedding so the first time I met Kerry and John was when we met up for their engagement session. I knew it was a great match when Kerry had suggested one of my favorite spots without me even saying a word. Sometimes this world just brings amazing people into your life by chance and you just have to appreciate the simple brillance  of everything!

For their engagement session we headed out to Mount Laguna to climb some rocks, luckily for me they showed up in matching boots and I loved their down to earth nature and humor. We hiked through the woods and just got to know each other. My favorite part of engagement sessions is getting to know my couples and what makes them laugh. If you have worked with me in the past you know it’s nothing but laughs giggles and then we get to the serious and romantic photos towards the end. 

However, John had different plans and popped a bottle of champagne in Kerry’s face so it was nothing but laughs and wet bubbly kisses! 

P.S. We got to see wild deer during this session as well, and they hung out for awhile until they were sick of hearing us all laugh.
