Beach Engagement Session | San Diego Engagement Photographer | Ashley & Robert

This last weekend was the San Diego Bridal Bazaar it is the biggest and longest running bridal show in San Diego for wedding vendors. I have been participating in the show for the last 7 years and absolutely love getting to meet so many newly engaged couples in person! I always giveaway one free engagement session per show and it always turns into me finding an amazing couple to photograph in San Diego. Ashley and Robert met me at a show in 2018 and due to timing we had to wait an entire year to do their free engagement session that they had won. As the day was getting closer it was forecast to rain much of the day which never happens in San Diego. Ashley had reached out being concerned about the weather but I had faith it would clear up at sunset as forecast and be fine. Sure enough the clouds and rain parted and we were left with an amazing California sunset that glistened and glowed in the background over the ocean for Ashley and Robert’s beach engagement session. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day in the sun. It’s moments and sessions like these that really make me love my job as a wedding and engagement photographer in California.
